Jeff has coached hundreds of endurance athletes.  His athletes have competed successfully at local, National and World events.  Jeff believes that most athletes don’t know how good they can be.  His coaching goal is to transform the athlete’s hard work and passion into a superior race day performance.  Jeff works with his athletes to eliminate both physical and mental barriers that inhibit their true potential, and designs a comprehensive training plan based specifically on each athlete's unique characteristics.  Jeff is a firm believer in the athlete’s innate ability to perform at high levels. He believes with a firm commitment from the athlete and proper guidance from the coach any realistic goal is achievable.

Jeff has been married to his college sweetheart, Dr. Kimberly Watson, for 29 years.  They have two beautiful girls, Maris 23, and Corinne 18. Kim and Jeff reside in Longwood, FL.
